Michigan debuted its new offensive blocking scheme (called "Zone Blocking") on Saturday. It is a departure from the traditional "Gap Blocking" scheme used by Michigan for many years. In the NFL, the Denver Broncos are probably the most well known for employing a Zone Blocking scheme.
