Tom Nalen, a native of Foxboro, Mass., Nalen lettered three times each in football and basketball and twice in track at Foxboro High School in Foxboro. He was an All-Hockomock League and all-state selection by the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Sun Chronicle and Patriot Ledger. Additionally, he was named the state's Lineman of the Year following an outstanding senior season. Nalen, who served as the captain of his high school’s football and basketball teams, led the football team to a pair of Division III titles and also played in the Shriners All-Star Game. An all-conference and team MVP in basketball, he was named to the Academic All- State team by the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association. Nalen earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College. He and his wife, Denise, have two daughters (Delaney and Ainsley) and a son (Kyle). The family resides in Littleton, Colo. Thomas Andrew Nalen was born May 13, 1971, in Boston.
